There are a lot of bills on the docket in Kansas.  There are a few we want to bring to your attention:

KS HB2324 - Removing the publication of notice requirement before a landlord can sell a tenant's property that has been abandoned. (In Committee) 

KS HB2083 - Creating the Kansas vacant property act to prohibit municipalities from imposing any fees or registration requirements on the basis that property is unoccupied. (In Committee)
